"Churrerías" are part of the urban landscape of the city. They have survived the change of customs, generations, food diets and urban criteria. But, unfortunately, in our city (except for the fair of kings and some privileged for hours and location), they live a clear decline. This report is a tribute to breakfast of hot chocolate and churros, potatoes of vermouth time and warmth that give the city its posters and colored lights.

The Francisco Romero churrería, in Cerdanyola del Vallès, has been working since 1980. They have moved from place several times but always near the Sec River, which is where it is now, on the Passeig de les Acàcies. On Sundays, there is always a tail, and when I go there, on a Sunday evening, an old couple is tasting hot chocolate.
In Arenys de Mar (near to Barcelona, Spain) there is Churrería Rossi 2. Runned for "El Churrero” and the owner's girlfriend, Clara. It’s a very cold winter night, but just before closing time, a car stops and order two bags of hot churros. They cook them at the moment. Blessed warmth!
In St Vicenç de Montalt (near to Barcelona) just in front of a sports center, there's this Churrería which is home to Nataliya and her family. It’s not a very busy area, in a really small town, but they think that's easier to work here. She uses Cinnamon, Anise and Lemon to make churros with a spicy touch.

I dissimulava.
